By changing the position of hundred and tenth no. 479,736,895,978,389,675 becomes

749,376,985,798,839,765.

Then after arranging them in decending order

It becomes 985,839,798,765,749,376.

So the 3rd digit of 5th number is 4 .

i. e (7"4"9)
